Nigel Farage has commended colleague Patrick Christys following his return from an undercover investigation into people smuggling networks operating in northern France.

During their on-air exchange, Farage praised Christys’s courage after viewing his reports from the region.

“Excellent, Patrick. Well done. You are incredibly brave, or very stupid, or maybe a bit of both,” Farage remarked.

“I’ve seen the reports you’ve given us from northern France, and they are truly astonishing. Well done you” he told Patrick.
